The valet team was very helpful. They provided complimentary sleds when i asked. i used them to enjoy the snow with my family near the lake! i also checked in early. It was a very quick process. i rented bikes from an on-site dealer, a very convenient feature. the food was excellent there.
The pool was indoors but it was unheated. The pool was not clean either. this impacted my enjoyment of the resort's amenities!

I appreciated the valet team's assistance upon arrival. They were very accommodating. I found out the hotel offers complimentary sleds for snow enjoyment. That was unexpected. The bell service was helpful too.
The waiting time to retrieve the car can be slow sometimes.

The staff was responsive and polite . I felt welcomed and well-taken care of. Text updates provided hotel information and weather conditions. It kept me informed about activities. Ana also assisted me. This ensured I could bring my dog.

The rooms were large and well-decorated. I found them clean and inviting. I especially appreciated the separate sleeping area in my suite. It offered extra space for relaxation. There was also a small living room. It was nice.

Breakfast at the hotel offered good variety. I was satisfied with the choices available. The coffee bar downstairs was convenient. I got my caffeine easily. The live music added to the atmosphere. The music was AMAZING!!!
